It didn't come with any instructions explaining how it works, I thought it would be like having Word on my laptop where I could create documents and save them local and print but I haven't figured out how to do that yet.

Closed Excel out of frustration. Word I needed to retype something. Word would not give me a blank document. Since time was of the essence I used a book review template retyped my document, could never print it. Called my neighbor he said Word should give me a blank document and it finally did which I retyped again as I could not cut and paste from the book report format. I was able to print this document. But waisted a lot of time. Should not have to take another course in this software, it should not be that different from Office 2000. To pay for having to teach myself and I am supposed to be happy for paying $150 a year to make Bill Gates rich. No I think not.
