I bought this as part of the package for the Christmas present for my mom, not sure she needs it, but she can try it for a year the let it expire if she doesn't

Would not accept my credit card - only debit card. "Help" person could not help. I need the software, but not the hassle. Same with my Best Buy Membership a week or so ago.

My only disappointment is that the Mac version doesn’t include MS Access or Publisher, both favorites on my PC system. Still, love to have Outlook keeping things straight & streamlined!!!

The email address was added to the desktop about 15 years ago with a cable company. I moved & got a different cable company adopted a new email address, then I changed the cable company again & used the adopted email. I don’t know how to solve this problem. Whomever I email this info to, never replies.

But I do like the easy interface. One click brings up the Office 365 screen, showing my recent files, & all the programs. So it is easy & quick to open files or programs with this interface.
