I wasn't impressed by the product since I don't use Microsoft 365 on my personal laptop, it's too much hassle to setup the Microsoft account and use all of the features.

Don't need it. Don't use it. Don't care. I don't use these programs on my laptop.

I bought the 2013 Outlook for my new all-in-one Dell desktop. The computer seems fast in practically every respect, but Outlook is very slow to load incoming emails -- even after I've pushed the Send/Receive buttons. I know it's slow, because my smartphone receives the emails well before I can bring them up on the desktop.

interface with 365 business is poor, creating corrupted files, loss of time because of synching files inappropiately; outlook in 365 personal is not fully functional and is non competitive.

Used this to purchase a year subscription of Microsoft Suite. Just needed it temporarily to create a resume and apply for jobs. Great for someone on a tight budget that cannot afford to purchase the permanent program. This also gives you to renew the service after the one year subscription is over.

Switching from a PC Windows environment to Apple was a step up once this Office 365 software was available. It allows me to have the iPad for instructing, while still using the Office suite of tools I am most comfortable with. It is a Win - Win.

Publisher is my go to for creating calendars, flyers and other business documents. The only reason I rated this suite with an average score is because of the subscriptions. You cannot buy this out right instead you are charged $60 some per year.

disappointed, right out of the box issues with outlook 365...best buys help me once, said to call back if I continued to have issues, one week later still having the same issues, now they want to charge me for phone service....thanks Best Buys!!!

As much as I’m accustomed to CD software process, I have learned to embrace the evolving technology of today. Office 365, downloadable. Easy to set up. Fast, working and up to date excel, outlook, word and more. A bit pricey but I’m after quality so I’m good!

Geek squad set up my Mac with Office 365. There was a problem that surfaced 4 days later when I realized that none of my messages were being sent. Had to take computer in to have the Geek Squad at store diagnose problem. I don't know if it was faulty installation or Office 365; everything fine now.

Easy to install. Works as it should. Good purchase.

To me this is a better purchase in that updates and support continue each year vice buying the software package outright (only receive updates for a limited number of years). Granted, there is a yearly charge but for us it is the better deal.

I might improve my rating after more use. So far it is ok but nothing special.

Good product if you need to rely on Microsoft products to work. Can also use alternatives such as open office if you need too for free.

I had some trouble with my initial set-up. I think it may have been due to my confusion about inputting the 25 digit code. I was automatically contacted by a hacker. I'm not sure why I had early issues, but on the second attempt everything ran smoothly. And I didn't fall for any smooth talking hacker,

I don't use virus protection software. I don't know anyone with a Mac that does.

This product did not work on my computer and they would not give me my money back. 74. down the drain. One person tells me I would get my money back and another tells me no because I downloaded it well how you suppose to tell if it will work or not. I will not buy anything from you again. Very disappointed in your business. When I bought it that guy told me they would give me my money back if it didn't work. Another guy told me they have trouble with this product. So like I said I will not buy another thing from you

I love the programs but I hate that you have to purchase this every year. However if you pay twice as much you do not have to renew it every year but you don't get the updates as they develop them.
