This came with my new laptop and I have only had the chance to use this program for a few times. I have enjoyed the use of this. I had office 2007 on my old laptop, this is a very nice up grade for me. I love how it helps with spelling and grammar in a easy way.

I just bought this subscription on April 7 and I have received a notice that I am to be charged again for a renewal that will start in May. That's double dipping and unacceptable.

Nothing but good things about Microsoft 365 every one needs to have this on their computers, how can you do anything without it. It serves so many purposes and can’t be replaced by anything better

What is there really to review about except MS is going to a cloud service.

I just purchased a new computer and needed to get Office Word

Just okay for what I need to do. Doesn't line space to my specifications.

Had installation problems. Had to get support and it cost me.

I was leery of the new subscription model for Office on my new laptop but the integration was pretty seamless moving from the trial version to the full year version. Simply enter the license number that was emailed to me and good to go. Still hate the subscription idea but the implementation worked well.

I already have Office running on my other devices and could use it on a newly purchased laptop. However, Office 365 came free for one year on the new device. It works just fine, but I rate it 4 stars because it's installation resulted in lots of marketing communication from Microsoft.

I am sure this is a great product but I never received it with my computer.

Necessary programming for any electronic device. Great for my online school!

The program works are is should. I don’t like the fact that you must buy a yearly subscription in order to keep the program updated. Just another way for Microsoft to make even more money.

The transfer from 2010 to 365 was fairly easy; all except for my Contacts. NONE of them transferred. Not all of them are in my COX Contacts. I lost so MANY genealogy resources!

Purchased with Microsoft GO and received in store credit of 20.00 off. Personal use offers lots of benefits of 1TB of storage and if you have mutlipe Microsoft products it backs up and mirrors to the next product. Very easy to install.

I purchased this in Dec of 23, each time I attempt to download from Microsoft I am told one reason or another as to why I cannot download the program. It has been over a year and I still have not received what I paid for.

This is just a necessity when it comes to being a student. I plan on having my laptop for Several years, my last mac book lasted 9 years before needing to be worked on so for at least another 9 years ill be using this office package

So I bought this so I could put it on my MacBook Air and it wouldn't let me load the page up. Then I googled what could possibly be the problem and they said something about having to download it some other weird way? I didn't end up using it I just gave it away to a family member lol.

My first “subscription” to office so I was a bit weary of how to get it up and running. Easy to set up. Go to website on the card, enter code, create or log in to account, follow prompts. Done. Wait for a sale. I frequently see it offered $20.00 off.

It’s microsoft office, you know?! I has to get it because i needed it for school, but windows is a flawed operating system to begin with... and I am not a fan of mycrosoft, but it gets the job done, albeit slowly

I personally don’t know anyone who doesn’t know Microsoft products. However if you’re one of the few that don’t, it is very helpful for school (I am currently getting my masters). Also I can imagine there are a lot of jobs where these programs would be useful.
