I just bought a new computer and Microsoft office to go with it. It has everything I needed including publisher which I use all the time. It's nice to have all your necessary programs together. I just wish it was not a subscription.

I bought this package with a computer I bought from Best Buy Valdosta. It provided all I needed to work remotely teaching on line for a University Great purchase. A little pricey for my pocket though.

There wasnt a review available at time of purchase so i had to roll the dice. So far happy with tje laptop bit had to sign up for 30 day trial for software which was the reason i bought tje bundle over other options. It is supposed to come with one tear subscription.

Installation would not even start, even after several attempts over the course of three days, on my new Macbook. Just as I was ready to go back to Best Buy, Office 365 did finally download. Then it took an unexpectedly L-o-n-g time to download. Frustrating!!

Office 365 Personal, 1-year subscription, 1 PC/Mac (Product Key Card) - Android|Mac|Windows|iOS is a little expensive but it will definitely help keep you organized and is helpful for those of us who are not always in the same place or on the same computer.

Full version is better, this limited version is acceptable.

not worth it , hard to get working ,confusing direction

This is a good system. The down fall is the annual renewal. I would rather spend a little more and own the same product. However the system I could buy out right didn’t have all the extras

I believe that purchase of new PCs should come with software. This purchase is only to make additional money for the PC and software manufactures. Considering I must have this product for academic requirements; its the best and required for my academic studies.

Works well, when you are familiar with it, I use it work.

I was previously using Office 2010 and the 2016 version is a nice upgrade. I do not like, however the fact that you have to renew your "lease" every year. Since this came with the PC I am using it but will probably not renew my "lease" at the end of the year.

This works great for my home needs. I was a little disappointed that the phone tech tried to up sell me on additional security, otherwise he did a great job of getting me going when I could not get it to initially load.

I was the old subscriber with outdated products. This keeps you current with the latest applications so you are always up to date. Love the convenience but don’t like the continual costs but it is the cost of doing business.

This "new" version of Office is about the same as the old Office only with more bug fixes. I didn't notice any "real" improvements. I'm not a big fan. Will probable go back to the previous version of Office. Note: Kinda like what everyone did when Windows 8 was introduced.

I use word, outlook, and excell for my home office and have nothing but good things to say about the office 365 suite. It's user friendly and has everything I need to run a home-based business. I would recommend it to anyone.

I would give it zero if I could. Not for the product itself but Best Buy policies include digital content. My wife ordered this along with my daughters laptop not knowing we already had a subscription. We Never downloaded or even opened the digital content of the email but BestBuy policy is you can’t return these types of purchases. That is terrible customer service for something ordered by mistake. And yeah I know she should have checked with me first but with the pandemic and a crashed computer she was in a hurry to get my daughter a replacement so she could do her online learning assignments.

I don't really have an opinion on this product right now.

Office 365 is the online version of Microsoft Office. It contains Word, Excel, Powerpoint, One Drive, Calendar and a few others. It updates as needed.

I purchased this produce in July and I’m still unable to use this product. I made a mistake of redeeming the product key using an account that I’m currently locked out of. I have called and spoken with a person in Geek Squad who forwarded me to a different department. Finally got someone in the software department who was suppose to cancel that product key and email me another. That was last Thursday and I haven’t received an email yet!!! Im so frustrated dealing with this. I called again on yesterday and I was transferred numerous times and on hold for over 30 minutes so I hung up.

You don't have to purchase the in-store addition any longer because when you get your email from a company like Godaddy, you can get Office 365 with the subscription. That way, your email and office subscription are nestled in one package.
