However, I’ve got to admit the new features and tech support are nice. If you’re hesitating to make the switch don’t. It’s worth it.

Do not like all of the features and thus don't use all of them. One has to be careful if office is used to save to one's hard drive as it will automatically just save to the Cloud.

I had a little trouble getting it installed on m computer and the company didn’t help much but after some tweaking and playing around with it I finally got it on there and registered.

The laptop has a large screen so if you are going to put it in a briefcase take you measurements.

Didn't have the code

I still can't find the card but fortunately it was still in the system when it needed to be reloaded.

Future work requires use of Excel for high volume data management. I do not use Word except to interact with others who require it.

I shouldn't have that problem, since my laptop purchase included one year free.

The variety of software is helpful to enable productivity. I use Word mostly, then Excel, Outlook email, PowerPoint and will try OneNote and OneDrive.
