This is an excellent value for all of the items bundled together and the included cloud storage and easy to access it from multiple devices in the cloud as well as on the devices you've installed it on.

After buying this through Best Buy, I noticed that outlook will change the appointment ics files to 1 hour before the actual scheduled appointment. I called Best Buy support and was transferred to 5 different people over 45 mins and the last person said they would have to charge me $30 to fix the issue. This is after I bought I brand new laptop and MS 365 from them. I regret making my purchase through Best Buy. I feel completely abandoned.

These 3 programs are excellent if you do any creative writing. Stilllooking for application in my life for Office & Excel as I am retired now & out of the work force. Only owned this product for less than 2 months.

This is the same thing it's always been, but this time, you have to pay for it every year. Pros: with cloud based document storage, you can access from any computer with office. Cons: PAY. BY. YEAR.

Hard to give a review after only a couple months use, so I don't know if the subscription will be worth it in the end. I do have some troubles finding editing features with both xcel and word, have not used anything else yet in the package.

I can't believe how user friendly the surface is. This is my first Microsoft tablet, I use it in the house, on the road, I take it with me everywhere I go. This will not be my last Microsoft product, that's for sure. Worth every penny.

I hate subscription products. I want to buy something once and use it until I'm ready to purchase something different.

I haven't even touched what I can do within 365, but it seems endless..! I am overwhelmed and by the time I get home from work...I have little time to get started... but I plan to delve into it hopefully very soon?

I really only wanted the word processer... and was disappointed to discover that I could have found that for free instead of paying for this whole suite of programs.

I still favor the idea of buying one package for the life of your computer and upgrading to the latest greatest when you get a new box. This has its upside with keeping your version up to date, but the cost of using their software over time has gone up.

My friend had this on his "wish list" and was happy to get this gift. I personally use the regular Microsoft Office product. I would recommend it to those who have limited storage on their computers.

The program is very useful and necessary. I long for the old days when you bought a computer and it was preloaded. That was part of the expense of the computer. And also, I am not a fan of the annual subscription where you don't own a disk. My own basis.

This package gives me a year to decide if the software is worth purchasing or continuing with an auto renewal . So far I've only used it on one laptop, but its good if this laptop crashes, I'' still have 4 more downloads.

been using Microsoft word many years, I own many back versions so I decided to lease on a year to year basis, it took me a little time to set it up this version like the directory like I had in my older versions ..

As with office its very easy to use and its for my personal use so I can customize it to my preferences.I use it to complete my assignments for school. Very compatible with all the technology I need to complete course work.

A computer without Microsoft is like a notebook without a pen! They go together perfectly. I love the ease of using the software and i have NO PROBLEM with keeping the subscription active!

This is my first time using a subscription-based MS office suite. Although it did take a while to download, everything seems to work fine. Didn't get any errors during the download process.

Excellent buy when I bought my laptop. But need to atleast add the notification system for this particular item for the customers to know that it gets renewed every year automatically.
