First, I'm retired. Living on much reduced income. Hey, it's Microsoft. It's the standard. But why an annual fee? This really, really ticks me. I'm getting angrier every time I think about their gouging. I don't mind a one time payment, but the annual fee is, in my opinion, way out of line for no additional value. As to a recommendation, what choice in there? Yes only because Apple is even more expensive.

I originally got this for work but I actually use the programs all the time now. There are apps to download on your phone as well so you can view or work on things on the go. Very user friendly and helpful.

Was not able to register the subscription, Lost $100.00 on the purchase.

I am happy with Micro soft however, I am not happy having to pay monthly for it. I would rather but a disk that you can use to install in however many computers you own. That was the good old days.

I wasn't sure I wanted a yearly subscription for office however I do like the fact that as changes are made to the programming you get the updates and you don't have to purchase another new program and install when yours gets to be out-dated.

I went to my local BB bringing my tablet (which I previously purchased at BB) with me and told the sales clerk I wanted to have Excel and Word on my tablet. They sold me this product. I went on line and tried to download the software, but, it would not download because it was "incompatible." To make matters worse, because I had scratched off the registration, BB refused to give me a credit saying it was their "Policy." Thanks to their "policy" they now have one less loyal customer.

I am a Microsoft user from the first time I owned a computer. Use Microsoft Office ar work so I can continue to work on things at home and bring it in from home without any problems

I use it on my computer and my phone with OneDrive together, very convenient. I can save and edit documents everywhere and anytime whatever for work or for life, very helpful.

I received this product as a part of a bundle with a laptop that I purchased through BestBuy. It was a great deal to have everything together and it was all set to go whenever I received it!

I returned this as I was upgraded to 365 at work and my license allows for 15 usages. It didn't make sense to buy it if I could get it free. I do like 365 there are some great new features.

I haven't had this product long enough to know if I'm going to like it or not. I am about to go pick up my third computer that I have had this product installed on and I haven't had one working long enough to know whether I like Office 365 or not.

Bought this for the PowerPoint but all the features are not there and I have no idea how to use it the correct way. I only wanted a one time fee and now have an annual fee to continue using it.

It's the best quality software. The full installations of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Also included are numerous mobile apps, and 1TB of online storage. A great product for sure!

I like the new auto-renew feature that Microsoft has on these Office 365 cards that Best Buy sells. The product is...well, what it is. Can't say anything negative about it. Used almost exclusively for work.

When we bought our Surface 3, at the same time we were sold the Office 365 product, which ALREADY WAS LOADED ON THE TABLET. When I came in to ask the Geeks to load what the sales people sold me, not only would she NOT do it unless I paid her $99, but she didn't tell me (Bad Geek Attitude) that the program was already loaded. Same thing with the Bluetooth MOUSE - she wouldn't show me how to turn the MOUSE OFF, which was so easy. I ended up hiring an outside technician to do the work and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER would I ever call the Geeks again for something.

Haven’t been able to figure it out or get it fully installed. Maybe it’s me, partly, so I gave it a two. When I call the Geek Squad for help, their call volume is high, etc., etc.

I love to used Microsoft it's a great product and it lets you know when it's getting ready to expire good product get out and try and buy this products you will see you'll love it

I am not all that computer literate.I am happy to know someone with the knowledge has the one on one personal visits to help me out, in a timely manner...so I keep the computer up and running for my job.

I love the fact the my upgrades are automatic for a great price. I am also reminded in advance of my expiration so that I can compare prices before the renewal date.
