I'm more than aggravated as I'm not able to install because it keeps changing my Login for the HP Spectre to my older one on my Macs. Problem is this is for a separate account and I want to use for business, unlike my other devices. I've already got this software on my other devices as personal use. After a couple times they totally changed my ID with Windows and deleted my older one. GRRRRR

Software always feels like such a ripoff, but I have to have all the Office apps. The good thing is, at least it can be shared between 5 devices. That makes the cost slightly less painful.

I like Microsoft products but I am not a huge fan on how it sells the software now. Perhaps it should focus on making an enduring product instead of finding a way to increase its margins through how it markets them.

Office 365 offers a one year subscription to the ms office suite. after the year you need to renew it, but this way it is an affordable solution versus buying the whole package outright off the shelf, which would cost a lot more.

When I first got it I needed help getting my Yahoo email address in to Outlook and was able to have a service person help me remotely figure out the problem. There is a little bit of a learning curve, but otherwise awesome program.

I requested my programs be already installed and Best Buy did assist me because I'm not computer fluent. They were a bit frustrating to install but once they were in, everything has been exactly where and how I needed them.

I had so much trouble trying to set up. The product key was soooooo messed up I had to call and use the help center from Microsoft. Took a bit of time but all is good to go. Upside Microsoft was awesome at the help we needed..

This was a duplicate action of a sale on top concerns regarding to removals of important data which apparently couldn't be retreved.

I’ve been holding off on purchasing this just due to the monthly/yearly cost. I was able to pick this up for a free trial for 3 months. I have used it more than I thought I would.

Love that all the products come in one. If I had purchased the full pack then I would only have that edition until I bought a new one. With the yearly subscription I will always have the newest version.

I saved money buying this product in store and nowadays who doesn't need all of these programs. Super easy to install and register. Every year it will notify me before it charges me again for a renewal.

This product has everything my son and I need fir school and work. Microsoft has really made this product user friendly. My reports are more professional and clearer now. I highly recommend this product!

Office 365 came with my HP laptop purchase for a much reduced price. The program is good for my needs.. my only negative comment is that the subscription is good for only 1 year and then needs to be renewed at full price annually.

The world has been using MS Office for 25 years without much competition. Haven't liked it since Office 2003 when the interface was redone as though we're all imbeciles. Oh, well, it's a necessary evil. 365 is adequate.

The fact this was a add on to the computer bothered me. Now I find out it is only good for a year and must be renewed? What happened to the days we bought software, not rented?

I have always used Windows software; and when I recently bought a new computer, I chose to have one that supports it. Price is good. It provides all what I need for personal computer use.

The 365 suite is great however it’s not a one time purchase. You will be billed for it annually. Feels like I rented the product instead of buying it.

I purchased the Microsoft Office 360 and subscribed for one year. I really like it and mostly, enjoying the One Drive features that comes along and that is easily accessible as you can download an app onto your phone. I love it

Happy to purchase Office 365 every year...I use Outlook, Word and Excel every day...much cheaper in the long run than buying the Office product every 4 or 5 years...for 10 times the amount I spend on Office 365...

I’m a teacher, and occasionally have to use Microsoft Word so I need this product. Best Buy worker was helpful in getting me the upgraded plan which was actually cheaper than what I previously had.
