I found it very useful but the only thing I don’t like is since January they started some pop ups saying my subscription is about to expire and I need to renovate it.

gives me all the up to date applications; it is nice to have a subscription based service so I can keep the most up to date applications; was a reasonable price for a year.

My only downfall with this product I did not realize that it did not have a camera at purchase but other then that the product is great for children. I love the touch screen.

We intended to buy a desktop computer but chose the all in one. So far we are happy with our decision. The support package is pretty expensive but we felt compelled to buy it since all in one computers are fairly new to the market.

This software is no longer included when you buy a new PC or laptop. Needed to have this for my works with the different programs in this software.

This is pretty good for my little college guy; but we're not doing too much outlook production, or spend much time using it outside of word and PowerPoint. Worth the buy.

This is a great option for those who might not want to pay for the full Office. 365 gets you full access to everything for one year. You can always renew your membership after one year or just buy Office. Your call..

I actually did not use the 1 year card. I found out that if you are already a subscriber (the old computer died and bought a new one) you can transfer your remaining subscription to the new one. Cool!

After 30+ years of working in jobs with computers, I decided to buy a basic computer. It didn’t need all the bells and whistles! Well this is it. Fits my needs perfectly!

I bought this because it was recommended with new laptop I purchased. I didn't know the complexity this involved. I have no idea what I got myself into... I couldn't even save a downloaded file. Nothing works like it did with Microsoft 10... I consider myself a nonnerd but use word/excel download lots of workout video's and music and video my workouts. Please don't recommend this without an understanding of what it does... I have no time to learn this.. Most likely will be going back to BB to undo this as soon as I am able.

I'm not an avid user of Office products, but do use Word occasionally. I bought it with my laptop for school, and it has at least a few different benefits. So it's convenient or good to have.

We got this so we can add it to the tablet and per the Best Buy worker it would work and it didn’t end up working so we got our daughter lap top and just put it on hers and it worked.

I'm not really sure why I felt the need to get this. It's my understanding that I will have to subscribe yearly to it. I would've rather just paid one price outright for it.

BB is the only place we like to buy our Software & TECH. They have a large selection, great prices, and they are always knowledgeable.

Been using this for years.... but every time they update , I am upset , nd loose my ability to function well. I hate the newest update . Please stop improving it so much .

It needs an email of renewal and not just a withdrawal in your account. Did you remember it from 3 years ago? Probably not. I need to be reminded and have a choice on how that money is spent.

never bought a plan like this before, but thought i'd take a chance. haven't had a chance to use it, and hope i'll not need to, but the fact that it is there is quite reassuring, and the price was right...

I was starting my own home office and I have found this to be what I needed for now. It is a little pricey but it is for one year use and I will figure out what I need or want by then.

I do get Microsoft Office free through my university, however I don't have the option to use One Drive with that. One Drive is a lifesaver, because I can access my documents anytime on any computer anywhere.

I mean... no complaints here! I don't regret getting anything for free, FOR 3 MONTHS. I really like all the fonts that are offered.
