A bit of a nightmare navigating Microsoft PC minded websites and subscriptions. I tried to cancel and it refereed me back to best buys. best but doesn't open for hrs. if ti was apple....this would have been solved. I desire to cancel but micrisift has aligned with a company that literally.... OFFERS NO PATH OF CANCELLATION ON LINE....

Before I bought my laptop in for repairs, wasn’t sure if they were able to fix the problem. After talking to technicians, I knew I made a good choice. Quite pleased with the results. Thanks.

I have a years access for everything I need. I’m experiencing some troubles with my onecloud but I still love it. I’m sure I’ll recover all my data, but I still use Microsoft over google office!

Gotta Have it for my son as he enters high school to be able to do all the papers in writing that he will have to have. Plus it was a great price included in the bundle with his laptop and printer.

Everyone is familiar with Microsoft Office. Although I know that there are other products out there, this suite is a good package for improving office or academic productivity, and it is fairly standard.

We all need office 365. So essentially you know what you're getting. Better to get a subscription to upgrade each year for minimal cost in comparison to buying one time and paying each time there's an upgrade.

I can not get the program to load properly. I was not given accurate information at purchase

I just think most of us should have Office 365, especially when you can do so many things with it. I just think it cost too much since you have to renew every year.

Not evident is the fact that one needs to open an account with Microsoft. If you make a mistake and do not properly enter e-mail address to open an account you will need to get a new e-mail address for the Microsoft account.

The reason for one star item was returned. Bought the wrong software.

Downloading and installing was very simply. I use these apps daily. Outlook syncs to multiple accounts and performs high-level filtering. It's all good. My only complaint is the recurring price is too high.

I bought the office 365 because I needed it for school. Come to find out I couldn't download it to my laptop until after waiting 48 hours after purchase. Needless to say I returned it and found the student office subscription online.

My only issue with it so far is that it is a yearly subscription - certainly another way for Microsoft to make money. Also a bit of a learning curve from the older versions

I have used Office for Windows forever. When I switched to a Mac I purchased Office for Nac because I wanted ease of transition. I have large documents and like it’s grammar check.

The Geek Squad helped me with this version. I had been using Windows 7 and Office. There are some differences (good ones) and I think I have a handle on the things I need to do.

I was disappointed to find out after buying this that it was not activated by the seller before leaving the store. I contacted customer service through the 'chat' option and was informed that it would take 24-48 hours to activate. Two days later I was still receiving the error message saying to take it back to the seller to activate. Called the toll free support number and spoke with a very nice person who informed me that I would need to take it back into the store and have them activate it. If you buy something like this, please make sure they activate it in the store.

Very good. I didn't think I would like this subscription stuff versuses the cd download but just sign in & go on different computers Im like ok I can deal with this

The download and Microsoft programs are excellent. There were no issues with the downloading the program.

I have tended not to like the move to subscripted updates, but this just seemed to make sense with a new computer. The 2016 version of Office is a big improvement, and doesn't take long to get used to.

I bought this refurbished laptop for my wife's use. I purchased this 365 with the laptop for her to use. The email was in my name. The 365 loaded in my name. Only I can use it on this computer. If I want to purchase another copy of this 365 program that my wife can use, I pay twice for the same piece of product. Totally screwed buying this with the laptop purchase. If you buy a new computer for someone else, don't buy any applications with it.
