It's a bit of a hassle to have to purchase everything that goes with a new computer but this seemed like an essential. We got it to go with an Apple laptop.

This is the second time that I purchased this product. Should have bought the multi user one the first time but I didn't think I was going to buy a new toy. Oh well. Live a read reviews!

Would love to use it but I can’t get it download to my computer. Have to take my computer into Best Buy for someone to look at it.

I dislike the bundles of “free” software and other stuff that clogs up a new computer! Let me choose and download or install what I want instead of giving me a project to get rid of this junk when I purchase a new computer.

Bought this for my new computer and it was fairly easy to install. It took a little bit of time to install. This has everything you need for basic office use.

I could not get this item. No email was sent and I tried several times to get this term. I ask for my money back . My wife said that she did not need the product so I let this go. However, this has happen before about year or a year and a half ago. This particular method is a money issue for new users. Companies have gone to this method to entrap users. I am use to buy my software putting it on and moving on. This whole down loading thing is a waste.

Good support from Microsoft with the Office package. I was disappointed that there was no media player included to allow me to play DVD movies. But, I downloaded a free app to take care of it, so, no worries!

I was glad to get Office 365 along with the laptop. My last computer I did not have 365 on it because you had to purchase it separately at a high cost, this I was able to purchase for a reasonable cost.

So incredibly complicated to use and Copilot is a totally unnecessary and annoying add on, which is almost impossible to remove.

This allows me and 4 of my extended family to collaborate and communicate. I have been subscribing for 4 or 5 years. Great for our family group.

Got this for my new computer. Unfortunately, didn't realize that without a work or school email address, outlook is not a program that I can use.

it's all good. i got a discounted version with my new laptop and i do like being up to date via subscription. Same ole reliable Office, Excel, Powerpoint - Industry standards.

I bought this because I use word but unfortunately the other features are useless to me. It is a little pricey for only a year subscription but if you need it I guess you have to pay.

Enjoy using Office 365. Mostly use Microsoft Word. Did have problems downloading and had to take computer in to BEST Buy's Geek Squad to complete. Had to load a brand new subsciption in order to work.

I had been missing out by not having this app. So frustrating to not having this Microsoft product.

i had to switch user accounts to go from a trial account to using this card - with microsoft customer support remoting into my computer to do it and they had to change my user account - unnecessary and time consuming.

I'll never understand what the subscription service for office does for anyone. That means I'll have to buy 4 of them for college? Hmmmm not so excited about that. BUT IT WORKS AND DOES WHAT I NEED IT TO DO.

Always reliable and good for the money and I believe the best out there as the whole world uses this software but I think MIcrosoft can offer a lower price.

The Geek members are the best. The answered all my questions and recommended what to do while taking the time to do hands on the computer. The cost was reasonable and time was less than anticipated.

We are truly blessed to have Microsoft as a homegrown company. Yes it's not a perfect but 9.9 out of 10 is pretty respectable. The new outlook was nicely done. Haven't upgraded in 8 years, very impressed.
