This is our first experience with Office as a subscription. We had it installed on our older computer. The download was easy and fast. Looking forward to using all of it more.

I have grown to depend on some form of Microsoft Office due to the inability to really enjoy other productivity software. I definitely enjoy the cloud space that comes with it.

This program has a math assistance that is awesome. My 6th grader uses this program to help him with homework. Best investment I've purchased for him in a long time.

The original laptop I had started installing this on was locked and I couldnt get in for this reason. Even after contacting Microsoft ... they had no record of the account ... and were unable to do anything. I had to go to Best Buy - the Geek Squad - they advised it was better to change out the laptop - I have not had any problems since, although I havent fully installed it yet ...

You know you're gonna have to get Office again some time soon, right? It's just part of doing business in 2016. So, what better way than an online, pay-as-you-go solution? It's all there, come and get it!

How on earth could I open documents without it? When I learned on Microsoft Office years ago, and I haven't changed. I really need this.

Attacked and shut it down only used computer abou 6 times

We got a new laptop and hoped we could transfer office from the old one,didn’t work that way. This replacement was easy to use though.

This is a free year trial given to me with a purchase of an Apple product. Easy to add to my existing system. Apple probably knows after using it you will continue after the year is up. Good marketing.

Great deal on Office 365 when purchased with PC. It's awesome it comes with a TB of cloud storage and can be used on up to 5 devices which includes mobile/Windows/Macs.

What I like about Best Buy, is that Best buy has fast service. I have had my laptop serviced there twice and both times it was done in less than four days. Thank you!

Needing to do a lot of spreadsheets and write letters this has come in super handy. Now I need to start making presentations so I will definitely be using Power Point.

I purchased this program so that I could include it on my Apple computer. Several months prior I purchased this same software (single use) for a new HP laptop. It installed without issue on my HP laptop, but this copy will not allow me to upload it onto my Apple computer. I keep getting error messages about already have used it. This was a second purchase for a different operating system. Getting a refund has met with negative results.

I purchased Microsoft Office 365 for my personal use. The Microsoft website was not user friendly and the on line help was rude. At Best Buy I immediately was greeted and assisted in making my purchase.

Much less than $100 per year makes this an attractive alternative to purchasing a full license to Office. Every year or two you can select a new version, or something else.

The Best Buy team set it all up for me so this was a no brainer. The only downfall is the cost for only 1 yr but it updates automatically so you at least have the latest version for the year.

good product, but a pain to install!!! Everyone moans when we buy another business computer and office has to be added. I wish it would come installed and authorized with the purchase of a new computer.

I got this for free with a phone purchase and it extended my yearly subscription so I cannot complain. It is almost a necessity in today's world.

Haven't used even though it came with laptop for free. Went on Microsoft website for students and was able to get permanent office version for free instead.

I find Microsoft 365 difficult to work with. It does not provide usable suggestions that are applicable to the task at hand.
