I need it for work and I'm glad to have it. I liked the buying options Best Buy had for the product. Although I had wished it was included with the new laptop we got.

The Software is good, put the sales person is not good. He talked my wife int to buy the software by lying to her that the computer do not work without this doftware, even he was told that we have the family version of the 365 software. When we try to return it , we whete told that it is not possible. Very bad sales tactics.

Its Microsoft Office. Not sure what else to say about it. Has what my daughter needs for college. Just wish we would have waited to purchase as she could have gotten it free from the school. Oh Well.

Very hard to figure out many of the functions but with time that will change. Do not like the fact you have to renew every year, but that keeps it current.

I think for the price that I paid, it was well worth it! When this subscription expires, I plan on purchasing the one with more years of coverage. Thanks Best Buy! You're the best!

It's got all the microsoft tools you need. However, I'm not impressed with the product in the sense it cost me a yearly subscription as opposed to just buying the product & having it permanently.

Standard license for Microsoft Office. Does include some additional programs, such as Publisher, from the basic license, as well as comes with free cloud storage through OneDrive.

I like Microsoft 365 for its new features. I will continue this subscription after its validity.

The product is a good one but be aware if those hackers when I was installing I was some how redirected to a number to call It was Indian hackers trying to access my laptop

Setup was a nightmare, I ordered online and had to digitally download. Best Buy gave me a code but the code kept inaccurate After a week, it was finally set up

If you need Office, you can either purchase the software outright or on a yearly license like I did. The big advantage of doing this si that you'll always have the latest version but...at a price.

I enjoy using my Microsoft product. I am a college student, so this helps me with doing projects through Microsoft word and powerpoint, which is a necessity to have in college.

Needed this commodity product but found out Best Buy has a bundle offer that included a year free of Webroot and a wireless mouse all for $100 less than just the O365 renewal!

Haven't setup yet. I wish it was part of the computer itself and not have to pay extra.

Best Buy sent me an activation code to download and install the digital Microsoft 365 on a brand new laptop i bought together with this product. The code did not work. Called severally but no tech was able to fix the problem. I returned the product to be refunded. It's been over two weeks and I'm still waiting on the refund to hit my account..

MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 HAS IMPROVED OVER THE YEARS. I WOULD NOT GO WITHOUT IT. IT SYNC'S EMAILS TO ALL MY COMPUTES AND ANDROID DEVICES WITH NO PROBLEM.

I had 365 family, but switched to personal because I was the only one using it. It has all of the features of office and a great value for the money.

I'm not sure where to stand on this. On the positive side, all the programs I've used work fine - or do with Microsoft support. On the negative I'm undecided on the subscription basis. Through my purchase at Best Buy I was supposed to get Geek Squad support. It lost all my Outlook contacts, and Microsoft chat restored them and gave me another month on my subscription ... only to get notice from Best Buy that because I "purchased" the extension from "someone else," my Geek Squad support was cancelled. So which is better ... Microsoft or Geek Squad?

It is Office. If you haven't used any Office products before, welcome to modern times. It is what you expect. Set up had a few glitches for me that were easily fixed with patience.

I did not notice this was only for 1 year or I probably would not have chosen it over the full purchase. I will order the full purchase next time.
