Never received email for download. I have called BestBuy , transferred me 4 times. Ended up telling me to call Microsoft for something I purchased from them! Microsoft say everything as moved online and gives me a website to navigate. Does not have any answers to what I need!!!! I am still going through it and just want my money back at this point.

An essential...If only no subscription

It's nice that the programs can be bundled together for easy access and use. However, I am a little disappointed that it is sold as a yearly "subscription." I'd rather buy the bundle once and have it for life rather than spending an extra fee each year.
