Bought this through best buy, and had Microsoft help switch my subscription to this yearly version instead of my monthly version. Microsoft cancelled my yearly subscription that I paid for at best buy without my consent and refused to refund my money because it was purchased at best buy. I do not blame best buy for this. It is the fault of Microsoft and their awful customer service.
