Some how I did not no software must be renewed annually . Sales person ead very helpful in correcting my problem . I better understand thr software .

I wish package came with Zoom capability automatically. This has been a learning experience to know what to look for next time.

Going to give 365 a try vs buying one version and staying with it for the life of the laptop especially for a student who needs to learn the latest version.

No surprises, was able to easily set-up and has worked without any issues, an essential f you are attached to Office 365 like I am.

Not sure how anyone can survive without MS Office. The applications consistently get better and are reliable. Word and Excel are must haves for work.

Since Office 2010 will no longer be supported by 2020, this version Office 365, which btw you can't buy but only lease, was the logical solution

I prefer discs but the online process went okay it was little changeling to input the numbers but afterwards it went fast and simple

It is a necessary tool for anyone in business or students. It does suck that it is an annual expense, but that's just the law of supply and demand I suppose.

You should notify customer when you are getting ready to auto renew

I love office 365 as I'm always getting the latest and greatest upgraded products. This is extremely beneficial for school as you typically learn on new software.

The download was painstaking even with a very fast internet connection. I had to restart it 3 tines. Once it was installed, it was easy to complete and is very user friendly.

Tried to do my personal spreadsheets and files using substitute programs but just didn't work as well. Biggest drawback is renewing the subscription yearly.

Nice upgrade from my Office 2013. My only complaint was the installation. I had to go through phone assistance and the whole process took over an hour. Quite annoying!

I wanted to add Office 365 to my MacBook. Found the installation instructions a little confusing. Never had this kind of difficulty installing software.
