Great for small office tasks. Worth the savings when buying a computer not to have to deal with just the basic version that comes on a computer.

I acquired Office 365 when I purchased my new laptop. It worked exactly like my prior version. However, I can now use this software on my iPad! I love the new flexibility.

I really like Microsoft software. I was disappointed to find that I couldn't buy the whole group without having to subscribe to annual payments.

Not sure why I have to pay for a subscription - I've never had to do this in the past; just paid for the program, but it works just fine.

I did not need this item and was unable to return it. It was never mentioned to me when I bought it.

The Office 365 is a great package, but quite pricey. I would think with the trillions sold, the cost would come down

I bought ink so I could print. But without paper what good is the ink. This paper fits all my needs and is priced below office supply stores.

You get Office with it's usual hang-ups... plus an annual fee

This is a great package of software for a student or someone just wanting to have the latest versions of Microsoft office on their computer.

I'd been needing to upgrade to the latest version so it was a great deal when we purchased my wife's laptop. Being able to add to hers and my new desktop made it a no brainer.

EXCEL, WORD, PPT, OUTLOOK- all looks great, professional and easy to create customized solutions for my personal and client facing events!

I needed to learn how to use 365 for work so I purchased for home to learn, so happy I did it has helped me so much . This program guides you as needed .

no problems with downloading on laptop and worked very well... after the subscription expired gave option to renew online so store purchase not required

The card with the product key that was sent was "not activated ". Was told to contact Best Buy...no help there. They told me that I had to contact Microsoft. Tried several times to contact them only to get disconnected. Spent over an hour on the phone for nothing. Would love to try the product, but not spending any more time on the phone to figure it out.

This product came with purchase of laptop. Typically would buy the basic microsoft package but this has been good and the price was right!

Enjoy using it on my iPad with working from home. I can check email and respond to email without pulling out the laptop.

Love this product. Onedrive has been great and I like being able to access all my Word docs on all my devices. Solid product.

Unless you've already purchased this software, you need to buy it for a new computer because it doesn't come pre-installed.

Purchased this in August, glad I did. The computer did not come with it installed and ready to use. Was a better price in store purchase.
