I hate it. They want way too much info just to get back in if you ever do get in. Try losing your password. I have used my phone for everything. I decided to get an all in one which is fine but Microsoft 365 is too complicated.

It no longer works right. I am so upset.All I asked them to do was back up all the files from my 2011 hp desktop to my new lenovo laptop I bought. They did that ok, but left the desktop with all types of error messages that it Did Not have when I brought it there!
