As a full time student this program is required to have. It has made my school assignments a less stressful endeavor.

I've been using this product on a Macbook Pro. Generally it has worked pretty well – the desktop apps are crucial though, the online version of these apps is still incomplete even for a non-power user. I'm marking it down to 1 stars for the buying experience at Best Buy and in particular the auto-renewal experience. I receive an auto-renew email annually to the credit card I originally used for the purchase, but there is no way to make any changes online – e.g. change the credit card or cancel outright. It's also hard to reach BB by phone, and the phone tree makes it impossible to guess which department to select. I ended up correcting an account problem but will have to call back to try to get the auto-renew adjusted. This software renewal business seems like a complete afterthought for BB and it's not supported properly at all! I don't even remember how I got opted into auto-renew, maybe you could opt out as you purchase – that would avoid the problem. I support Best Buy in the hopes their stores stay open. But the auto-renewing software business requires a level of service they're not ready for, in my experience.

A must have if your doing anything with computer other than Surfing. Better price if buy at same time you get computer.

I elected to get the subscription because it was more affordable and I dont know how much use I will have for the product after a year.

Office is helpful with many day to day tasks and I’ll use it.

Purchased with a new laptop. The windows software continues to improve with each version and the subscription allows the updates to load when available.

I am still not sure why I needed a one year subscription but this is very much like the office program I got 10 years ago the last time I bought a computer.

It’s a must buy so you can have all Microsoft office programs. Every student needs Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

This Microsoft Office Suite has everything you could possibly need. It installs easily, it updates itself quickly and promptly.

I like to use Office 365. It has one drive with 1 Tb. It is what really I need to store my files.

This product is pretty much what I expected. MS office is MS office whether it's online or on your computer.

This product didn't fare well with my laptop. Directed me to a company that wanted access to my computer to fix or installed it remotely. Nope

I bought this laptop on June 12 2017 to do homework for college exactly today 4 months I can’t turn it on and I lost my files. Now I don’t have any protection I’m sure the Geeks will tell me that I do not have protection and they can’t help me. I lost 400 dollars and now I have to budget another laptop and start my school papers all over again.the worst experience ever With Hp pavilion. I’m not sure if Hp has one year factory guarantee. I hope they do

Program is easy to use for folks with experience with windows 7/8. Not much difference. Great price for product.

Didn’t want to pay before, but after using the 3 months for free I really liked it and got my anual

I don’t need Office most of the time, but getting this on sale for a year for $50 was a steal. Needed it for a couple presentations.
