The only reason for the 3 start review is that you've got to renew everything annually these days, which is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to purchase the same software each year, even if there are a few tweeks and minor improvements. I just need basic office tools capability, so there shouldn't be a need for annual updates... Aside from handing Microsoft even more of my money each year...
