The technician said that several customers also complained about not being able to install it. I was advised to get a refund for this product which I bought from Best Buy. I have send two communications asking for a refund but have not gotten a decision on this yet.

Posted .Hello Psychonaught, you don't just get the full Office experience on 1 PC or Mac with Office 365 Personal, you also get it on 1 tablet (Windows, iPad, and Android), and 1 phone, plus 1TB of cloud storage with OneDrive, free 60 minutes a month of Skype calling online and/or to land lines and ongoing access to updates when newer versions of Office are released.
