I was definitely mislead regarding what I purchased. I scheduled an geek squad appointment and was told there is nothing that can be done

I use a previous version every day at work with proficiency. Even the most basic moved (ie. Right click/send/mail recipient) have been altered.

I bought it and when we went to download it on her laptop there was not enough storage space for it. Can't return it becuse it had been past 15 dsys. So make sure your laptop will hold it before perching it.
