Office is a must have for any computer. The only frustrating thing is the redundant annual cost. Ughhh

Outlook quit working on my computer after one week. Other Office programs load. Don't know what's wrong but I'm too busy to figure it out. Never had any problems on my old computer. This was a waste of money. I should have purchased a hard copy of the software and not listened to the salesman's suggestion to buy the online version.

You're forced to buy this in order for the laptop to run. A bit of a ripoff. But you have to have it...

It's a must, love the online sharing functionalities. Thank you Microsoft for making the program better for Macs.

Office 365 Personal is a great value and much needed for grandbabies school work..

As with most Microsoft products overpriced. The personal subscription model is a pain to upload and just another way for Microsoft to create buzz over less than stellar software. There seems to be no effort made to improve the software and reduce code bloat. Programs still hang for no reason.Must renew yearly to keep using the software which means you pay more for this product the longer it is used.

Needed this product for school. Seeing I am done in a year I did the 1 one. if I like it I will renew it when the time comes

I have had the same Office products since i purchased them 10 years ago. This product keeps me updates with a reasonable annual fee.

I bought this as an attachement to a purchase of an iPod. They sent me a link to download it. When I did, it showed the wrong email address for it, so I clicked on something to change that, and when I did I lost the files! I downloaded the files from the App Store, but it appears to be free versions?? It’s all very confusing and frustrating. I should never have bought this. I already have an Outlook account, which is free, and all the other programs I have on a Microsoft Word ‘97 physical disc that, although Microsoft no longer supports it, it works just fine on my Windows 10 desktop. That leaves cloud storage. However, I already have cloud storage through Apple,
