It is now June 14, 2021 and I do not have item, can not get connected to the correct department to address non receipt. I tried to download item and received an error message. Again worst purchase ever do not buy this product.

I've always had it on the computer/laptop when I purchased it and I've never had to renew it after a year. It's just always been available. I said I'd recommend this to a friend because you have to have it unless there is something else that you have used and like. It's all I've ever had.
