I downloaded this product as per the instructions but it did not unlock. So now I have locked software on my brand new computer. I worked with Microsoft and Best Buy for hours and they could not unlock the software. A waist of time and money.

It didn't show up when scheduled and when it did it was a major chore getting it switched to the receiptant's name. After 2 hours on phone finally got it done. I would recommend Best Buy but I would caution the buying the program for a gift. To much of a hassle

I need to stop the program and restart. Most often the memo is lost. Thus, I need to rewrite it. It generally goes out the 2nd time. However, this is a time consuming process. I would like to learn why this happens, but have not yet been able to find out.
