Lasted a few weeks

It occurred only weeks after purchasing, when I had to change the third computer due to its problems. The product is meant to be installed in three devices, but I never owned any. It was cancelled on each return, so it should have started from the beginning. Now, instead of using it on three devices, I don't have it on any! And I paid for it!! In a mean time we were too busy moving and settling, which took more time out of the product that I have never used! And the worst of all - Best Buy can not help, and I couldn't get in touch with Microsoft.
