The man said that it came with it...no extra for purchase...well...when I got home I tried to download it FIVE TIMES!!! and this pop up came up each time saying that my device isn't compatable with Office Personal...so I downloaded kingsoft...free and works great

Wouldn't have known if I hadn't tried to download it onto my laptop. Otherwise the program that is already loaded onto my laptop functions fine still need to learn more about it but other wise no complaints

I would rather use Google for everything but I didn't have a choice with some of the files because I couldn't open them on the computer. I think the price is ridiculous for 1 person as well. As soon as I am out of school, this will be gone.
