My PC subscription for 6 people got lost and no one knew how to recover. This is going to cost me money. Your sales rep recommended this and I didn't need it.

There are other word & spreadsheet products that are free ( Google docs, Freeoffice 2016..etc..) and won't require you to keep renewing it every year. The product isn't bad, just the price & renewals.
