Great office program with many features. I use the word processor more than anything else. As a homeowner I don't need anything any bigger for what I do. The price was right. Works great.

The technician was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained that the Dell Computer's motherboard had died. So I looked for a Surface Pro. I decided to purchase one as other family members have these computers and they give them good reviews.

Ability to download was easy. Great for personal use especially having it to use for college. Wish membership was less expensive

I've only had this for a couple of weeks and so far so good. I have not had any problems.

I have used Microsoft Office products on PCs for last ~20 years, and I primarily work with Excel & Word, with some occasional powerpoint presentations. Of these three programs, this new software for the MacBook Pro is easy to use and gets the job done. The only reason I'm hesitant to give 5 stars is because I haven't used any of the other programs.

I love being able to purchase the Microsoft365 Subscription online and using the download option without having to purchase in store.

Eliminate need for a transcriptionist Microsoft Word is incredibly empowering the dictation feature allows me to do all reports myself

The package offering of my Lenovo laptop along with 1yr of MS Office 365 and security software was a very good value. My only issue with this purchase is somehow I have not received my rewards points even though I mentioned this to the sales rep when I made the purchase. To date, nothing has been done even though I contacted customer service about this problem.

It took a while for us to get this download. Not as easy as I thought but very good now that we have it.

I've used Microsoft 365 for 25 years...Can't find better office tools for creating Newsletters, Spreadsheets, and Personal cards and letters!

Not sure yet... I bought it think my old one was expired.. it say that I could save and use it when the old expires...

I would use this item again and again, it works well and. This item is worth the money and you should get it.
