This was sent quickly and easily installed. Great purchase.

I bought it because I basically need it with all the work I do on my computer. It is very good (but I'm just getting used to it compared to my last version). My old one seemed a little easier? I wish it were less expensive.

Very satisfied. The Geek Squad employee download Word on my laptop and IPad. She did a great job the same day I brought it in to be downloaded.

I was dreading going from Windows 7 to 8 because of all the stories I had heard. Was also not looking forward to the "cloud" thing. But shortly after installing it, I was very happy I did. The transition was not what I thought it would be, and I was really pleased. All of the programs worked without any problems.

I love this laptop. It's fast, easy and the screen is nice and big. I'm a little older, and this was a very easy laptop to learn. It has lots of bells & whistles. I'm very happy with this purchase.
