Will most likely have to take the laptop to the Geek Squad. But the associate at the Olympia store was great and helpful.

I’ve been trying to return it

The computer came with office and I did not this additional item. It has been very difficult trying to get in touch with some at Bestbuy.

At least it was discounted this time. I suppose its better than it used to be since there aren't a bunch of disks that have to be installed, which took hours.
