Been having a lot of issues with my google accounts, apps. So far I'm really liking all the available programs/apps and the ease of use. Definitely has me leaving google products behind as much as I can. I am planning to renew every year at this point.

Could be better - the code I used on the first computer (it had to be replaced) when I entered it in the new computer it stated I already used that code. Supposedly I purchased a plan giving me access to 365 on 5x computers. There is no way to contact MS about a replaced computer. Their Customer Service contact is not useful.

Purchased Microsoft 365 with my new HP laptop. Been using a much older version on my old laptop. I like the new interface for each program. Word helps a lot more in polishing my documents. Very happy. Very good quality for the price.

Helps me stay up to date and has the programs I need.

I like the personal suite of software even though I mainly use it for everyday home projects. No complicated spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations or fancy Word documents. It's a great basic tool. I only gave 3 stars because of the storage feature. Unknowingly all my petty documents, photos, etc have saved to OneDrive. Not a bad thing but I am so much over the storage limit that I am now trapped into re-subscribing. There are definite benefits to OneDrive and auto backup, but a notification or prompt on my storage amount vs limit would be helpful.

I added Microsoft 365 to this laptop. I missed this most when I started purchasing Apple. You just can't beat the ease of Microsoft Excel!

I have been using this software for several years and find it extremely helpful. Nice product. I recently purchased this for a friend only to find out that he didn't want the software. Just to let you know once you purchase, you own it. It's non-returnable.

Easy set up did it myself. Was included in my purchased so I saved some money.

I like having office so i'll try it for a year and see how it works out.

i like the microsoft 365 program very much. I always have used microsoft programs on my computer or laptops. I like that if i have a problem with the program that i can call mtcrosoft for help

I use Excel daily so it feels good to know it will always be kept up to date. I also was able to put it on my smaller laptop at no extra charge. Auto renewal gives me peace of mind that it will not expire.

I received excellent advice from the associate in the computer department. The technician with the Geek Squad was also very helpful and pleasant. I will request him again.

Have always enjoyed this product, the ease of use. I have used this program to set up documents as well as inventory documents for my job.
