I use Excel all day everyday at work. I much prefer it to this Office Suite type package. The shortcut commands for fast keying are not the same. For someone that has never used the more expensive Excel used in most offices, it is perfect.

With my purchase of this program, my tech support was unable to install this item for operation

This was not what I was told it was. I did not like it and returned it to the company. I still haven't gotten my money back and wonder if I ever will.

I purchased this for my son for high school and found out he can just use google docs to do most of his work. I personally like Microsoft products but if he can use google docs and is comfortable with that program that is fine.

I will be totally honest I am not 100% satisfied with this purchase. I don't think it was explained to me or I didn't hear. But having a family that uses the laptop as well they don't get to use this feature.

Was once a one time purchase, now it's an over priced subscription service with no new benefits that is nearly impossible to figure out how to cancel.

Never got to use it. I bought it in 2020 and it worked for a bit before saying it expired in 2013. Asked customer support for help and got no reply.

Regarding this programs I do think for the price should be alot lower. It's not something everyone would be using all the programs on it. But for the price should be at 40 to 45 dollars no more than that.

I paid for the product when I purchased the computer, when I went online to "renew" it wanted to pay again. I will go another direction, if I have to pay I will buy the other $99 package for 5 computers. Very confusing....

I had Office 2010 and loved it. the new Office 2016 has many changes that I find unfriendly. it takes longer to find something and things have been moved, or no longer there. as the saying goes, if it isn't broken, don't fix it.

I only purchased this because it was suggested by the ad I received from Best Buy along with the chrome book. Will not work and is not refundable. I'll never put trust in Best Buy again.

The product was returned because it didn't work. And there was nothing anyone could do because no one could get a rep for Microsoft on the phone to resolve the issue

Not user intuitive for all people but I was able to navigate. Everyone is going to subscription service style where we're all $5 - $100'd a month or year to no end.

This product is not easily installed onto a chrome book; spent 4 hours on microsoft help chat, phone with bestbuy and phone with geek squad. Ultimately requested refund

Bad this was expensive but it did not worth they tell you it is one time payment but they set up annual auto payment

We had a lot of problems downloading this window product. On both iPad and Mac! I do love Microsoft excel and I know it well but I still have not been able to download it on my iPad

I wish it was like the old days where everything was stored on my computer and not in the cloud. Also don’t like the fact you have to repurchase every year

Don't especially like renewing every year. I'm not sure what the advantage of renewing every year is for me as a customer and wonder how long this will go continue. Will there be a time when I can't continue using this software?

I did have a virus when I hooked up but the Geek Squad is amazing and they always seem to get me out of my situations. I like the package with the Computer/Office and Carrier. My husband is a beginner with it but is quickly learning.
