This came packaged with the laptop I purchased for a college student. We bought the 4 year university deal for Windows, so this hasn't been installed yet. I am holding on to it as I plan to purchase a new laptop for myself soon.

I can’t review this item because I don’t see it in my computer. I know I bought it but I can’t find it. I didn’t get anything to install it.

I hate that Microsoft has gone to this subscription model. Still haven't figured out how to use files offline!

It is what it is. Have to buy all office product in order to be compatible with Mac which is a huge inconvenience however one or Mac users are quite accustomed to instill most of us feel worth the additional effort.

I asked the service guy and verified whether or not I needed this item if I had an ipad. Turns out I should learn to read because the Ipad Verizon is free (at least for the air).

Kind of a costly investment and seeing as how you have to have it for school purposes im stuck. I did find out that most school's have a program that allows you to get it for free. I did not check until after I bought it. Works ok so far.

Got scammed when entering software. Software wouldn't download and a # popped up to call. Some imposter dealt w/ ud and tried to put malware into the computer. Wondering why that # was even on there in the first place.

Best Buy is out for them selves, not the customers.

I never could get it to work/install on my laptop. It was a waste of my money and time.

This was a disappointment, just did not understand that it was a one year software license. For the price I could have gotten the software not a cloud one year deal.

Microsoft Office is a good product, but to have to renew each year is agrivating. I wanted it installed once on my divice and not have to worry about loosing use of it.

Remember the days when computers came preloaded with a word document and spread sheets? Now you get to pay a yearly rental fee for that. Seriously. Use Open Office. It's free.

Had to make the teenager do this. I was disappointed that BB did not install. There were some problems with access and finding the license codes but we were able to sort it out through Microsoft.

I got this product because of the 1tb OneDrive storage that was included, but have found that it does not seem to be as user-friendly as Google drive storage, though it is definitely more cost effective that Google drive.

While I use the Microsoft Office products all the time, why charge? It’s nothing for them to make and maintain. Microsoft and Stores used to offer it installed for free. Bring that back...

Rip off. This package came free with the laptop and it asked me to buy it so I thought I had to. That’s a lot of money I could have used

Not a big fan of the layout and updates of Office 365. Expensive for this program but for most, we’re stuck. Maybe would recommend this to a friend, if they have a better option, take it.
