She has had many issues with the program and I feel the disk is malfunctioning.

Too many issues encountered for installation.

The attendants changed it citing that there have been several complaints. Still no luck when I got home so it was returned a 3rd time. This time GeekSquad uninstalled the trial version citing a conflict with both. They then loaded the components separately and if I try searching for office, I'm prompted with the response that no such file exists on th computer.
