I got a discount on the price for a new computer. Seems like it works pretty well and easy to use. My first time using Window defender 365 so no input. Heard it was pretty good. I also use outlook which it loaded but lost contacts and some folder items.

While I love Microsoft products, I am not loving the fact that I have to pay a yearly fee to keep using them. Especially when you can use them for free online (although limited scaled down versions) AND there is always google docs....

The "free" trial didn't help me because I already have the annual subscription, so the offer doesn't seem to have a point for me

I wish I could give this a review, I was never able to access software.

I purchased Office 365 primarily to get outlook working in my ASUS Computer at the Geek Squad counter in Best Buy . Geek Squad installed the program but could not get outlook working. They told me they do not know anything about Outlook and I had to go to Microsoft for help. I still have Security warning every time I load up Office365 Outlook and no one can help me with that.. Thus I am not happy with Best Buy or Geek Squad.

Unable to use Word and Excel. Receive this error message: Microsoft Excel or Word has stopped working. A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. NO REPLY WAS EVER RECEIVED. The Internet shows a number of people have run into this problem. Have tried the Internet solutions, can't get any to work. Other programs work correctly.

Maybe it was the specific one that was given to me but my Office did not work at all, I tried entering the product key and it did not allow me to do it at all. Now, I have to buy a new one.

Cant find a "save as" function as with previous works programs. Have some difficulty relocating something I had previously filed. May just be learning curve but seems less user friendly to me.

Try to use the key code several times and didn't work. Called Microsoft and was told that it was a computer issue so I called Dell and they said it was a Microsoft issue.

I don't like that this is only a 6 month "trial". If you're going to sell the program like this, it should be a least a year. Again, it was discounted so it wasn't so bad.

I dont like that this auto-renews and there is no way to stop it! I have contacted microsoft and they cannot stop it

I was not able to install it and software is nonreturnable so now i paid for something i cannot use

On June 29, I had to go back to the Best Buy Store on Perimeter Drive, Charlotte, NC where I bought the bundle of a Toshiba Satellite, HP e-6320 Printer, Microsoft Office 365, Webroot, a Hotspot and the 24/7/365 Geek Squad Assistance Package on numerous occasions before Alicia and Lily (Geek Squad Agents) were finally able to successfully able to install this Microsoft Office 365 software. With Alicia's permission, we recorded her efforts on my Sony Recorder. After receiving Alicia's arduous efforts (that took a long time) the only reason I would not recommend this software to a friend was witnessing the difficulty that even a Geek had installing it. I am not a satisfied customer to say the least.

It's good to have if you need it ,I have used it a few times but not that many ,so I'm not sure if it's really worth it for me (price wise)

Because I can't justify spending $70 a year for a product I might use 1 or twice a month. I got a free off brand to use instead.

It is very helpful. The only downside is that it's only for one year. So pleas go for the the one that lasts forever. You might have to pay a little more

I like Office 2010 more I guess. I don't feel comfortable with Office 365, I used it because it was free with laptop purchase, but most probably I will down grade to Office2010.

I am not able to download the software to mine chromebook nor to mine desktop. So I am not able to use it.

Your program loaded 2+ hours and didn’t complete. I tried calling and was given a run around. Now I can’t start over

It does what I hoped, and other than a battery problem (as yet unresolved) the computer does what I expected. its too bad Microsoft has devised so many ways to keep its hands in our pockets.
