Customer Ratings & Reviews

It's Microsoft Office. Type letters, memos, spreadsheets. It is a good product made better when you learn how to use it. The iPad compatibility is neat but largely unnecessarily because I have a good laptop. I would especially recommend this if you have a desktop and a tablet as it obfuscates the need for a laptop.

I added Microsoft 365 to this laptop. I missed this most when I started purchasing Apple. You just can't beat the ease of Microsoft Excel!

I'm glad I bought this but it will take a little time to learn to use it because my last computer was a Window 7.

I am very pleased with the purchase of my HP laptop, the second HP I have had and its weight is perfect. I am looking forward to start using the Microsoft word that I purchased also.

Wish they had better deals on software . I think this really should be offered for atleast 1 year when u purchase a new laptop or atleast 6 months. But it is what it is . Product does what is suppose to and is needed .

Really like this program. Easy to use and understand

Easy to apply. Store Associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent shopping experience.

this was a great buy !1 highly recommended this MS product ... Best buy was great to install

Have not had Office available to me for some time and now I realize how much I missed it. Easy to use and versatile. Ordered it digitally from Best Buy and received it quickly as well as emails that give tips and guides to help me be productive.

I'm a bit old school - so I am happy to see a new way of working with microsoft and its automatic capabilities

Have not used yet. I basically use Excel & maybe Word once or twice a year. Do not like having a choice whether you want to store on Cloud or not.

Got a great deal by purchasing through Best Buy and has everything you need when setting up your computer including cyber security

The auto renewal process for this product works well for me over the last few years. It is easy transition annually. With the renewal, you are getting all the current features as well.

I've been using Microsoft Office Products for almost four decades, along with other Word Processing products. Office 365 is great, has a few links, a little disobedient in outlining, but, overall, hard to do without it.. Thanks for your interest in your customers thoughts. Bill

Microsoft 365 no longer preinstalled but renting is great as I get all the latest update and easy to install

so far so good, haven't had time to use it too much yet. Will let you know. Want ot set up quicken to start recording my expensies during 2026.

I love microsoft office for the mac, it's always stable and reliable. The ipad version is good but is lacking many features, such as paste special, which elimates the formatting, maybe it will be added in later versions. You can save all your work to the cloud and open it on the mac or ipad. Recommended.

Have always enjoyed this product, the ease of use. I have used this program to set up documents as well as inventory documents for my job.

Very easy to download and install. Absolutely no problems. It also began to automatically look on the cloud for any documents that we might wish to access. Quite a pleasant surprise. Very smooth transition. Excellent result

Microsoft 365 Personal software application is a very versatile and valuable product. Great value for the money.
