Hard to install

I have installed lots of things and this one baffled me for 2 weeks! We ended up have to bring the new computer back to Best Buy and get the geek squad to figure it out! And he got to re-install the whole operating system to be able to figure out how to install this. But it's office! Everyone needs one, what would you do?
