I attempted to install according to the directions and access was denied. I immediately received a call from tech support and was asked to allow them access to my computer. I was told that I needed a patch and it would cost me 59.99 to install. The Best Buy representative did not inform me that I had to pay to have 365 office installed. This was very misleading and I'm very disappointed.

Agent left anti virus programs on my computer which continually interrupts my computer. Also deleted one on my programs without my permission. Extremely disappointed that program subscription starts when purchased rather than when installed.

A RECENT HARD DRIVE CRASH WIPED OUT MY CONTACTS, ETC AND THE 365 HAS SOME CHANGES THAT SLOW MY PROGRESS AND I HAVE NOT HAD TIME TO TRAIN MYSELF. I'M SOMEWHAT DISAPPOINTED AS A RESULT.

The vba more often than not doesn't work, so I end up using my previous version of office, which is no longer supported but runs my vba without issues.

We're being forced by Microsoft to update every now instead of just buying the boxed program and installing it on all of our systems. not cool....
