After a few months of use I am not all that impressed. Apple’s own suite of programs performs most of what is offered by Office without the horrendously expensive subscription.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After several attempts to load the Office software, each time it told me I had an unlicensed product. I got MS Tech Support on the line and they took over my laptop and it failed several more times, before they got 2nd tier support on the line. Then after one failure they got it installed and seemed to work. However, the next day, I still got an error and had to do my own autosaves, before it would have a chance to crash. So after 5 hours of online support over two days, I cannot recommend this product.

We're sorry to hear that you had a hard installation. For AutoSave, we do backup your files every 10 minutes by default. If your file closes before you can save it the next time you open the application there will be a auto recovery window that you can select your file from.

Before taking all the defaults, I would investigate things. My email was crawling until I removed my pst from OneDrive.

Outlook has ceased receiving emails. Why? No troubleshooting available. My husband who is a computer professional had a terrible time trying to fix Outlook.

Sticker placement on card codes

The store sticker was on the barcode needed to install the product. I tried to scratch it all off as easy as possible but the last 4 digits were u readable and I was unable to use the code. Not happy.

I need the programs but I am not sure it is worth the price and frusfrustration. Instead of renewing when it expires, I might go with the free similar programs.
