Would not download completely. I got it for work and personal use, but it keeps telling me not completely downloaded. I don't know what to do at this point, feel like I wasted my money because I'm loosing my time to use it since it's not working.

Standard faire here. Word, Excel, etc. Microsoft found another cash cow with the subscription business model. Get the customer to pay year after year. Too many other office productivity suites out there that do so much more for much less $$$.

the product I ordered did not have software program.

I did not even install, I do not care for trails..

I purchased a printer and Microsoft office 365 was included for free. Then after I installed the software a few months later I was charged $69.99 and there's no way to cancel it and it renews every year. I'm very disappointed and frustrated about not being able to get my money back because I don't want this product and you can't cancel, so don't accept free offers because there's a price to pay!

However I don't too much care for best buys 14 day policy. I purchased and realized I didn't need it. (My school offers it for free) I was not able.to return it. Even though it was unused and in perfect condition (unscratched) on the 15th day.

It's a shame that cost is so high, have to buy 365

I'm tried to install this one my laptop but couldn't because it showed an "error" due to my laptop having a 64 or 32 bit and so on.....it don't know what to do after that because it really don't know much about computer language. Need help

They invent a lot of new stuff and expect you to automatically know how to use it. Explanations of how to are non existant and when you phone in for help, Microsoft techs want cash up front prior to an answer. Everyone is out for a buck!

During our Christmas shopping reason, I did buy 2 laptops, One Sony TV , one ipad, hp Mouse and Microsoft office for more than $ 3000 This afternoon I went to return the Microsoft office, but unfortunately Mr. Xavier at Best Buy in greenbrier, chesapeake, VA, Refused to return this item even this Microsoft office package was Intact and I didn’t open it. So, I don’t recommend any body to buy Microsoft office item From anywhere specifically from bestbuy.

I was not aware that this was an annual subscription and would not have purchased it, if I'd read the fine print. Outlook 2013 is not a great product and that's predominantly what my father-in-law uses.

I don’t understand how come Microsoft cannnot come up with an affordable version that doesn’t need to be bought every year. Once loaded I should not need a yearly subscription. How much money does Microsoft need.

Tried to download did not work. I had to call customer service and they were of no help. I was in transfer to some representative who wanted me to pay over $200 for them to even help me finish the installation.

Definitely not used to web based access only on Windows10. Cumbersome and after syncing and importing .pst file and finally getting going, lost all information. Signed off and when I logged back in later, no email and all was gone.

Should of come with the computer.after spending 600 plus dollars for a new computer, the sale person said by the way you need too spend more money too buy this card so you could use your computer..

I don't need the " latest and greatest" version of Office, just a good basic set of word processing/Excel programs. This was not a good value for me.

Horrible experience so far. I received an in valid product key & after 3hours + & 2phone calls & getting dropped, I still do not have a replacement! I pretty much have to plan for a 2hr window when I attempt to call, which isn’t easy. I still have no resolution w/ my purchase on March 13th. I know the Office 365 is great, I’d like to Just be able to use it. On two separate calls it was confirmed in my Microsoft account that it is not in my history. I’m about to return my new Mac & all accessories & shop anywhere else. I’m beyond frustrated!

I generally like, and definitely need, the Office products. But I much preferred them when there was no ongoing cost. The monthly charge reminds me of a bad Polish joke. I got the subscription only because I sort of had to.

I haven't figured out how to use this product so I need to know if I can get help , please, had it for over a year and renewed at least once, so tell who to contact.
