This was a pop up add on purchase to go with the purchase of my new computer. I thought it was for the complete software and not just a yearly subscription. Sent back for a refund

It was suggested that I purchase this item & without being familiar with what came standard (already loaded into the Tablet I purchased), I bought this item and found that not only wasn't it necessary but it was not even compatible. Finding out about this only after I had stripped off the grey strip rendering it unreturnable . Sooo I lost/wasted $50 on this unnecessary item.

I recently purchased my third copy of office. Although I told the salesman this he didn't inform me that with the single machine copy you can only have 2, not 3 per email and Microsoft acct. I wanted to b have my one drive available to all 3 machines. I went back and had to purchase the version that can be installed on up to 5 machines but they (best buy) would not allow me to trade in the wrong one for the correct version so I'm out 70 dollars. I purchased the 5 install version from Microsoft store. Very disappointed.

In buying Microsoft Office software Best Buy did not communicate that I was signing up for an auto-renew. That was not something I wanted and I am now being charged for it a year later. Microsoft has changed their software since then and I have had to get a different license. The auto-renew on the single owner version is useless. Best Buy makes it very difficult to track those auto renew charges a year later and even harder to cancel them. I am still trying to get that done. I would be reluctant to buy software from Best Buy again.

I have used Microsoft products for over 20 years, and have never had so much trouble with a program. I attempted to install the program and it ran into an error. The Geek Squad got the program to install, and I downloaded my email into Outlook. The next time I turned the computer on the Office 365 needed to be installed again, but would not install

Very poor setup and links between functions (word, etc.), does not work internally as smooth as earlier Office versions. Would not recommend, very poor compared to other apps

Be aware. I bought an office 365 in USA and it s not working in Brazil. I contact Microsoft and they said that to use in Brazil I must pay a fee that is more than 50% of the price of a new office in Brazil.

Took 2 in store appointments and a follow up Geek Squad session to finally get MS Office 365 running. Took some of the excitement away from a new Christmas gift. Have to say Yes to recommend, as it's such a necessary add on.

Another T U R D. This product was installed and being used since the day I purchased the laptop and I continually get emails and pop up saying I need to activate the product. And then there's the Outlook nuissances...

When installing Office from the download site and entering the product code an error 'code invalid or card has not been activated' was received. Two calls to Best Buy support - first call said they activated the card; second call was no help either - still no Office on the laptop. Now I have to schlep the laptop and Office product card to a Best Buy store to see if they can remedy the situation. If not, the Office product AND new laptop that I purchased from Best Buy get returned. So since nothing is installed I cannot recommend nor not recommend the product. Not happy :-(

I entered the password and when I went back in to finish loading the application it asked for my password again and said it was invalid and that I would have to wait three days to get a new password reset

Office 365 is clearly a way for Microsoft to make $ - not a better product for consumers. It doesn't include pdf capability which is a common everyday format so the consumer has to purchase yet another product adding to the overall cost.

The software is fine, but the yearly cost is just way too much for what you get. Bought a new laptop last year and was unhappy to find that this is the direction that Microsoft has gone now.

I had to go through the activation 3 times before any of the programs loaded. I even got out my old Office Professional 2007 just in case. I have not opened all the applications yet so the jury is still out.

On September 08, I bought an HP laptop in your store, to which I added a Microsoft Office software paying an extra USD 50. A short time ago I returned to my country, Chile, and tried to install my Office to start working on my Laptop, however, I did not succeed, since it tells me that my Office is blocked. I tried to solve the problem directly with Microsoft, their options were to pay again 50 dollars for a new license, travel to the USA to activate my product or contact with the place that the Office sold me to evaluate a possible solution...I still wait for a solution

Confusing to get up and running. It took over a week to get past the sign-on numbers to get downloaded. It took a call to Microsoft to get it running and I think I paid for it ,Twice.

Purchased this subscription with my new HP laptop. When I tried to install I received a message from Microsoft saying that the key code was not active. I attempted installation multiple times with the same results each time. Finally contacted Geek Support, who informed me that they could not help unless I purchased Total Support. The representative I talked to offered to transfer me to someone who could help, but only after I purchased support. Basically, I totally wasted my money on a product that I cannot use - no returns for digital products!

You get an error message that’s gives you a phone number to call. The agent then insists you buy additional security to have your number unlocked. Finally had to go back to Best Buy to get it done.

Returned this due to the renewing subscription cost. If you require these on s regular basis then it's probably worth it, but there are other resources for the avg user, like google docs. Not worth the price to me.

Give me a supporrted product and software equivalent from purchase for three years and compatability with previous version(s). Alright with initial product, but conversion of old(er) docs to new is a concern.
