tied too much to internet and microsoft. what were simpler tasks in the past are made more complicated in newer office. too many screens and toolbars to navigate through

Almost got sucked into a money pit. Software that used to come bundled with almost every computer sold now costs 60 bucks a year. Using Open Office instead.

I would prefer MS provide a simple solutionfor casual users. A word processor and spreadsheet with sensible functions. I will use perhaps 10% of the poerr of this product.

i went back to the store wanting to return and cancel the entire purchase including items i got free like this, but i went back to the store to return the printer and i was charged for it, but i want to cancel everything, it's not fair to charge me for something i received for free. I want to cancel that too! I requested the return and cancellation of the entire purchase

I purchased this for my granddaughter's laptop. After we put in own couldn't find it anymore. It is not easy to use.

I'm old school so can recall when software just came with the PC essentially for free. Better to check with your college for student free version

I love office so this was a great idea but it is so expensive after the trial is over.

Not happy with the direction the software industry is going. It won't be long until you will have to be connected to the mothership for anything to work.

Downloaded the MS Office 365 and it would not work, says it has an error can't work with Windows and has bad file. Tried to reload and it said it had to load through MS Account, tried that, said the key had already been used. Because of work I have not been able to get support on the line. I've lost a complete month of MS 365. WILL RETURN COMPUTER AND PURCHASED COUPON FOR MS 365 TO BEST BUY AND SEE IF THE GEEK SQUAD CAN FIX IT!!

The Office 365 product did bring together too much advertisings. It was necessary to block all add garbagge that came with products when working on the platform.

This was not compatible with the business system at the company I was working with. It is better to buy the commercial business program.

Good but definitely too expensive. If you really need it, buy it, but if you can use Google doc, do it.

Good product that's almost necessary to have on your PC for work or school. I don't like that it auto-renews however.

The software is 360 and it must be renewed annually and I have really not decided to purchase a full version or use this one.

Expensive and not really worth it now that you can use the online version for free.

As stated previously, I think the transition from Office 2010 to Office 2016/365 is annoying and difficult. That being said, if you need to move to Windows 10/Office 365, you may have to just bite the bullet and deal with the inconveniences that mobile-friends features impose on those of us who mainly use the desktop. Also, if you are on multiple OSes, like I am - you may want to go with the Home & Business version versus this which only allows you to put it on one device.

I am sure the 365 software is great, but after I bought it I learned it was already installed on my new computer. I have been asking for a refund for a MONTH and no one will help me or send it. That's disappointing because BB is my electronic go to and now I am thinking it should not be.

The Bestbuy employee who gave me this product as part of my laptop purchase failed to inform me that the subscription started immediately after purchase... I received email reminders and was quite confused until I called and sort of got a clearer explanation. Honestly, I rather just purchase the software from Microsoft so that I can use it for multiple devices and have more tangible access to my product. I have still not activated it yet because it was glitchy.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WAS ON HOLD FOR 31 MIN THEN GO DISCONNECTED. GOT BACK AFTER 12 MIN. THEN NEXT CUSTOMER REP HAS NO IDEA & THOSE NOTES ARE MYSTERIOUSLY NOT ENTERED. ASKED TO SPEAK TO MANAGER SAID NONE IS AVAILABLE & PUT ME ON HOLD THAT WENT NO WHERE. I THEN CALLED BACK 3RD TIME & AM WAITING 12MIN FOR A CALL ABCK TO CANCLE MY RENEW SUBSCRIPTION THAT WAS CANCELED

I was unable to successfully install this into my computer. I brought it to the geek squad who was also and successful. And while I received an email saying that I had insurance on the product, the geek squad representative informed me that I would have to pay if I wanted to leave my laptop there for installation of the product that already purchased. At this point I still haven't installed the product and it was a waste of almost $80. Very disappointing.
