This word processing program is not what I thought I was going to get. The spacing is set at 1.5 spaces per line with no way to change it. It also doesn't have 5 spaces for paragraphs. When I tried to tab I got all my lines indented with numbers! Not what I wanted. When I asked about this, I was told there was no way to change it and as far as the lines go...they said when it prints out it would be close enough to single space. This is a VERY hard program to work.

battery discharges wayyyy too quickly...i exchanged the first one i received but found the second one is also quick to disharge

Have spent over 20 hours with Microsoft support to date. I have been busy with work travel and not made more time to call Microsoft, again, to get this working. I will try one more time this weekend and if this fails I am done. Me, my wife and 5 children will need to painfully migrate over to Apple, which I truly do not want to do.

The OneDrive files are usually grossly out of date, even when I manually copy them to OneDrive. I have to manually store my files on my PC and recover the latest version from my PC to retrieve the latest update. Furthermore, it does not remember where I stored the files on my PC. I have to go from documents to the appropriate directory and then to the subdirectory to store and to retrieve them

Had problems with uploading the program. Used a lot of cards. Microsoft said our subscription expired. The store said it was still good.

I can't believe that now you have to pay a yearly fee to use this product. It's hard for me to recommend for someone else to pay a yearly fee.

It’s annoying that Microsoft now charges a yearly subscription for this software but I can’t work without it.

This is like leasing a program for only a year and then I have to pay again! I don't recommend this for anyone

I guess it is ok, I just do not have the time right now to figure it out, and liked the older office better, and when you only had to buy it once.

I was able to download the software once I contacted the store and received vendor number. I did not receive email; I had to call for assistance.

Thought this was software for computer. Was disappointed that it was a subscription. Wound up returning.

Switch to a Mac-Pro so didn’t bring it with the new computer. Yearly subscriptions are not something I like, feels like blackmail.

Just wanted excel for laptop, but the steps to load, install and register were too much. MS needs to make it much easier

It's MS Office. It's free. Auto renews at current rate which isn't always the best rate.

Apparently this has “Lapsed” whatever that means. It is June and the subscription is supposed to expire in July 12, 2021 AND it supposed to be renewable, but they have already expired my subscription a month before the year subscription is supposed to be expired. Not sure what happened and probably will never know at this point.

I paid $50 for this and I didn't need it... my computer already had Word and Pwpt and Excel on it so I did not use this Microsoft office card, and I've been trying to contact BestBuy online, via phone, via email, and through my order status to try to return this because I would like the $50 back since I just spent $2500 on a computer and phone, but no one has gotten back to me or knows how I can return this.

would not install properly, had to call microsoft and they told me that i needed a different version and charged me another 149.00 for it

Climbing aboard the 'subscription based' platform was much easier than I had anticipated. I own copies of the persistent license products across a few machines but opted to install 365 Personal on my newest laptop. A few years back I tried the Personal edition and wasn't very satisfied with the 'click-to-run' processes but I can say that with the most current platform, things do seem to be more seamless. I'll outline several bullets of my observations: - Following the simple directions to install from the /setup webpage was much easier this time around, where the selection of the 64bit version was clear and precise. -The entire installation process was pretty quick and without hiccups. -The introduction of the new dark theme is very appealing on a laptop platform. -Having the core programs plus Outlook, Access and Publisher over the basic Home key card product is a tremendous value for the annual renewal price. I use Publisher quite a lot for personal projects, it's quick & intuitive and I've very happy it is included. Access on the other hand ... I probably won't use. -The added benefit of having new features readily available throughout the subscription period is a big bonus vs. the persistent license route. -It's still too early to tell but I am hopeful that the ongoing update path will be smooth & painless ... unlike the bungled Windows 10 twice-a-year updates for 2018. If you have a lot of computers in your arsenal/home, the $99 plan is even a better value. Recommended!

It is hard getting used to the new Office and I had to use the Geek squad several times to help me out with it.

This isn't a review of the product so much as it is why it was sold to me. I purchased a Chromebook, and was informed buy the customer service rep that Office 365 was compatible with this system. It isn't and I haven't been able to use this subscription due to this error on Best Buys side. Definitely threw money out of the window on this one.
