I don't like paying every month.

I have the software already on my computer and can use it when ever I want. So many companies want you to pay them a monthly service instead of a one time payment to have the software, Some times that's good if you need a lot of help using it. Otherwise it's a waste of money.

I did not realize that since I left to go away for a couple of weeks. Got back and tried to load again. No luck. Soon after that everything in my house got moved around and now I cannot find the card. Money down the drain. I do know how to do this and have done this successfully many times over. I am so annoyed.

THIS SOFTWARE WAS A NIGHTMARE! It took hours of trying to download the software over some 5 days. Repeating screens, non-recognition of entries, and failed attempts consumed my valuable time. I have yet to even try to use the product which I fervently wish I had never bought.

I can hardly read anything it is so dark. Geeksquad advised to reboot and hold down the brightness+ key while booting up. This usually works but I cannot change or adjust the setting.
