There is no icon on my computer for me to click on and do what I need. So I just click into any word doc I have and rewrite. This is not what I was hoping for. I'm not computer savvy..so its very frustrating.

The salesman carefully explained the difference and he found was right in my price range that was on sale. He also explained things that I could add that was a very reasonable price, and that the Geek Squad could install for me and things I told him I wanted. All the sales people are always so helpful I walk in and tell them what I want and they get it for me. If there’s differences in some items, they explained to me. Best Buy is always my first choice.

Had to hard crash the mac. I am out of town but will expect this fixed by you when I returned mid month. Shocking. Do not buy this product

If you're interested in switching Office plans, we think you might like learning more about our Office 2019 software versions: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/what-s-the-difference-between-office-365-and-office-2019-ed447ebf-6060-46f9-9e90-a239bd27eb96?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=USr
With Office 2019, you'll only pay once for your software and you'll have it as long as Microsoft supports it.

I am dissatisfied because it refuses to install. I spoke to Microsoft for an hour and a half without resolution because I had run out of time. I called Apple and spoke to them for an hour, still no installation. I need help.
