Doesn't have a fraction of the features of the old Word program I had on a different computer. Honestly, there were word processing programs in the 1990's that were better. Save your money. Google Docs is better.

We haven’t been able to download to computer! Site is saying the number we scratched off has already been used! And is asking us to purchase over $200 for them to solve the issue!! Worst investment ever!

Will not renew when the year is up. Just a gimmick to be able to keep billing without providing the purchased service. Have to now bring my computer in for repair ... another cost for me.

The directions with the package and online were also crap and a waste of time. I returned it for a refund and went to the Apple Store where they got it right on the first try.

I have been told that with this problem i can also have future problems with the keyboard , for example. I live in Argentina and I bought it in the USA

The only thing is now it must be renewed at least annually.

Not only does it not work, when I tried to return it, they wasted 25minutes of my time and would not give me my money back. What a waste of $70. Unacceptable.

If you have Office 365 Personal you can sign into your Microsoft Account in the Office apps that you download for your Chomebook and it will allow you to sync your files between all your devices. You can learn more about how to set it up here: https://aka.ms/AA4rinm. That may be a reason to keep Office 365 Personal.

It contains Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One Drive, and Defender. It's an OK price for a decent product. If you need Office 365 and you only need it for one person, this is your product.
