I HATE Microsoft! I would not have this if it wasn't a 3 month freebie. I never installed it and deleted it from my laptop as soon as I started it.

Don't buy these products. I got mine for free. Just try to get some version of Microsoft Office that is not subscription based instead. Maybe an older version or something.

I purchased this July last year, It SHOULD still be active, I've never even been able to use it. It wouldn't activate. The store couldn't me. I was basically out of my money!!

I had to buy the whole office package just to be able to produce a simple document, using Word. It didn't load properly, and finally is withholding itself because it can't verify my subscription since I am not on the internet!!!

I could never install the office was told the code was already used which is not true .. geek squad opened a ticket and told me will be getting a call back with a recovery .. haven’t heard till date

So frustrated with the process and unclear instructions, created so many passwords over and over again. Yuk. I finally had to go into the Geek squad to install this stupid thing. Jason at Geek squad was great.

The product is a staple, but I found the auto-renewal difficult to cancel. The Digital download site was down, and the various links between Microsoft and BestBuy just linked to each other.

Bought two at different time in one day very dissatisfied with it password code digits woukdnt work when i called they said it's not activated so second time around i made sure they Activa and sure enough go home didn't work again

After having the Geek Squad download MS office 365 on my newly purchased computer it will not let me use the software. It doesn't recognize the password given. I advise you download it yourself

Purchase this about a month ago, I have tried to install multiple times. It is not working. Geek squad keeps telling me it's a Microsoft issue.

It is useless. Nobody warned me that this product could not be registered abroad. I bought at USA and later I couldn’t register it from Argentina. I talk with Microsoft without any result. Either did I with best buy

Came preloaded but couldn't activate because of missing product number (25 characters). Not on the receipt and since it didn't come in a box no help there. I'm pretty furious about it. It came as a bonus but where's the bonus. What a bummer!

Tried to download with provided code but Microsoft wouldn't allow. When I called them they said my network wouldn't allow it, however they could fix it for a fee. So I ended up downloading a copy I had for work and it worked fine.

I signed up with your system in the Best Buy store and was informed that I would be able to use it online, the product just stopped working, and is asking for the password key, and ask that I sign on the internet to make changes.

This subscription was needed for a MacBook to be able to access school program. Seems to be working well so far.

Microsoft 365 was easy to set up with my new computer. I am currently learning all that it can help me with.

Really I dont need Office 365, but Best buy wont refund it. Because they stated it is part of package with Microsoft. The item is separated in my bill and have a price of 49.99 Yet best buy wont refund it, it is untouched yet.

I bought this with a convertible laptop. Got hacked during install. Decided to return the computer and replace it with an apple instead. No need for office with programs there come installed on the app. Google docs also just as useful.

This is the best product at a good price for an individual that has several computers, tablets, phones, etc and needs to have access on all the electronics mentioned. Purchase and Installation was fairly easy and was completed in a timely manner.

Attempted to download this program on my new laptop & received an error several times. Was told to call a specific number which I did. DONT CALL, IT’S A SCAN!
