So, I bought this for my wife while she is in college. We have a few low end models of Chromebooks and they have been decent for just about anything. This is no low end laptop! This thing burns through the toughest things that can be offered. It runs buttery smooth and lasts a long, long time. The screen is beautiful, it has pretty decent sound and is light weight and built with style. Not only is it very stylish and slim form, but it is very well built. It runs the Chrome OS and also runs Android apps. You can have as many tabs open at once that you could ever need and this just runs flawlessly. I honestly can not give it enough kudos. Only reason for the less than 5 star is its price. I would buy another one at the same price point, just because it is just that great. I just don't like to spend money.

I think the new program is outstanding and really helps you run your home office! It’s a must!

Have had the Microsoft 365 8. Version for many years. Purchased the upgrade with my new laptop and happy with the Microsoft products.

My wife got a new PC and we needed to get MS Office on it. Purchasing it from BestBuy was easy and painless to activate.

Love it and easy to install! I love how updated it is

Easy activation, no hassles or complications; clear guidelines were provided. It’s one of the best subscriptions and well worth it. If you are looking for something affordable, consider opting for a lifetime subscription if you are only interested in office applications.

Obviously the gold standard for word processing and spreadsheet creation. Not much changed version to version so there is no real training required to go from one to the other.

I didn't like the idea that you now have to pay for what I consider the most basic functions of a laptop/computer. The laptop is basically useless without it!!!

Everyone needs this. It makes your work so easy and you have the program on multi devices. You have the support of Best Buy 24/7. Don’t pass this up- be smart.

We received this free when we purchased a computer at Best Buy. Great deal and help make up our mind about the computer purchase. Still getting use to new programs but overall satisfied. Tip: don't scratch the code too hard... we scratched off a few numbers when registering which made it very difficult

I purchased a Hewlitt Packard computer in April and have been very happy with its performance so far. The security measures I purchased seem to be working well and I am very pleased with the whole system

A beneficial product. Fully satisfied. Highly recommend it.

Works well; especially with my Android phone app! .

Pretty good. At least the process is quick and easy. And good way to see if you want to stay with a Microsoft 365 card or not.

I bought this item for all my Office needs as well as Microsoft Window Depefender.

Thanks for Best buy it came with the computer what's more to say I'm very happy about receiving it

Can't do work without it which may be more a reflection of reality than a ringing endorsement of performance against actual and theoretical competing software.

This program is just what I need to complete all my homework assignments. Great job, microsoft .

Like all Microsoft products it delivers as always. Easy to install and the same functionality in an updated form.

Makes everything so much easier! I was on the fence about it but in order to just skip all drama about having technical difficulties turning in assignments online... I now have access to every format possible.
