The one to buy is the one that does not have a yearly charge. I purchased the life time one and it is favulous. Just knowing that every year I don't have to pay for the service is great!!!

If you're not happy with your Office 365 experience, you can easily transfer over to Office 2019 Home and Student or Office 2019 Home and Business. Either Office 2019 package has a one-time purchase.
